I have lost 50-60 pounds in one year and lately i revv'd up the fat loss to about 2 pounds/per week (mostly eating 1800 cals, 140ish protein) cal deficit mostly comes from zone 1/2 level activity like steps and maintain strength so far.
I have no issues getting hard etc like morning wood but yesterday I was able to enter into a sexual encounter with a woman but I was mot able to get hard fully. (I took a cialis morning of because i wanted to impress this girl especially). I chalked it up to whiskey dick and she laughed it off but it was very embarrassing. @overrated you seem like you know these kinds of things bro? What could I be low on?
