Not my fault that I feel so energized while on test at the gym and get so excited ti lift heavy I added like 15 pounds not even a week on test but that’s prolly due to the 3 weeks of lgd actually

But now if kinda hurts if I lift it I think doing lateral raises will be hard tomorrow

But imma still bench jatt don’t care!

Dad also mirin me he says I’m getting strong cuz I teyst the caps on the bottles so hard JFL mind you he is bigger than me in terms of arms and firearms despite going to the gym for like a month back in 1990 something

Any quick remedies?

Spam tb500+ Bpc right in the fucking shoulder or LDAR
