I think I got PTSD from everything that happened in my life

A shit load of things happened that I didn’t even post on here + other mental trauma from before all erupted and gave me PTSD,I get lost in random moments,just staring at something and thinking and thinking,having flashbacks here and there while anxiety is running through my body and this episodes can last for minutes until someone asks me something……is this PTSD @TsarTsar444
