I don't think you'll see a huge QOL difference going from a tall HTN to chadlite. At HTN you're already appealing to a vast majority of women. Since genetic recombination is a thing if you have good genes you don't need to be perfect, you're already very attractive- especially if tall.

I went from MTN to HTN ( in some angles) in India w height halo and I get IOIs everywhere I go now. Normies now think I'm some social circle maxxed slayer but I just rot in house lol. But the difference is there, now once I cement my HTN position with weight loss mse and skin care I don't think psl would Matter much irl. I will just focus on getting a better physique. from personal experience, id say any jump in looks is substantial and is an increase in qol for any tier, subhuman - ltd, ltd - mtn.

for me I went from ltn - mtn and I noticed a quality of life increase in how girls treat me, granted low tier girls. but its still progress the same. I know this isn't my ceiling though not including surgeries.
