the way i increased my frame insanely good was hitting lats (i got really good insertions/lat genetics) and constantly slightly flexing them while putting my shoulders back and chest out

this combined with some nice side raises (preferably with cable) will make any framecel to at least average in half a year

i also thought that flexing might provide some benefits by stretching out ligament and cartilage.

idk honestly but i just perma semiflex my lats, its like squinting for others

i talked to other gym goers and bodybuilders, most of them do this permanently to appear wider
