I triggered high risk on paypal now it requires id

I deleted multiple and made multiple new accounts on paypal and changed info and stuff. Which triggers high risk on my account. Now it requires id for me to use it. If i scan my actual id my account will be perma locked because i am under 18. I am just fucked now. I was going to use paypal and it is my only way to buy .
My growth plates are likley going to close within the next year so i have limited time. I have concluded well over 1 year now with consistent research for hours a day that is the last resort to saving myself and it is the only way i am ever going to be able to live an good and fufilling life.
I can't belive that an paypal issue is the reason i will need to live my entire one life in misery.
