I wanna eat raw meat

I kinda wanna try the diet and see if it'll benefit or change anything for me, my looks, my mood, etc. I need some advice tho. what should I try first? I'm gonna try to get it from a local butcher but still I don't want it to taste like shit, then I'll just be forcing myself to eat it. what was your guys first experiences with trying it? did you notice any changes? what benefits does it supposedly give you?

my diets been shit lately and I wanna try to eat more protein, (I feel like a fucking vegan) I've always kinda been curious about this too. plus I'm tryna lean out a bit more, and hopefully this will help since ill be eating less processed shit.

I eat very rare burgers from meat that I get from local farm, then I make steak tar tar with hq steak yellow fat cut into small pieces use some good mustard bit of onions raw cheese and egg mix taste g and I also drink bone growth and raw milk and eat rare chicken

js start slowly decreasing the temp in steam like js sear it rq for now then js slowly adapt to the taste and feel of raw untill you are able to fully eat it raw took me sometime and i used to hate the taste but it tastes sm better. body js needs to adapt

Just eat raw liver and heart and raw milk for holy height, that’s what I do
