I see no progress in the gym. i‘ve been inconsistently working out for like a year and a half. Honestly it doesnt seems like it makes no diffrence if i go or not.

if you don't see results, not even small ones, time to adapt your training but mostly your diet.

as someone said above, it's much more about correct diet than anything.

lift heavy 3 reps max 4 sets
high protein 1g per lbs of body weight
good recovery sleep ,
dont bulk and eat lots of trash food just for calories sake
cardio a few miles a week / is good for heart health and bloodflow.so improved bodily function.
Muscle building not "mass" building fat and extra water bloat

What do you mean by no progress ? No change in muscle size ?
 
weight stays the same, some muscle yes but its too little progress
Are you eating in a surplus with lots of protein ? Sleeping well ? Managing stress ?

Check your hormones and vit levels with a blood test to see if everything is okay.

What kind of progress are you expecting ? Don’t look at these TikTok transformations where they use roids or have top 0.1 percent genetics.

Nigga that’s the reason you make no progress, you gotta go 3x a week minimum for 6 months till you make noticeable progress

If your strength increased then you made progress nigga. Just keep going. Eat protein rich foods and get 8hrs of sleep. Even if you have subhuman genetics you can achieve a decent physique

from 20kg (the bar) w reps tho, to 65kg 1 rep.

i dont like bench, i only do it for fun, it hurts afterwards and there is no chest pump for me

Damn that’s actually a good program at least for beginners. Yeah you should’ve hit 2pl8s in a year and a half and your squat deadlift and other accessories should’ve improved proportionally.

Most people hit 100kg anywhere from 6 months to 2 years, 65kg after almost 2 years is kind of bad ngl. What’s your protein intake and sleep look like?

Plus if you're not gaining anything im sorry but you're not gifted nor do you have high T characteristics.
You did say you've been inconsistent abt it however so just learn abt mike and other basic stuff but if it still isn't working out, then just gym to cope with health or give up

shit sleep but i try to sleep like 10hours a day. I eat allot of protein because of my diet. I got knee issues and school, removed wisdom teeth i cant stay consistent and as i said, i never cared about my benching max

aight bro, i‘ve read enough books, we had a whole subject in school that concentrates on sports and muscle, like how to idealy workout and stuff plus therapy they teached me allot too.

Yea bro maybe your just have bad genetics, even guys who fuck around in the gym still make decent gains. You can still get a good physique, it might take another year or two, just keep going.

Do you do progressive overload and eat enough protein? Do progressive overload, also try a pine polen powder cycle.
