i want to become fluent (or at least semi-fluent) in italian and spanish

any recommendations for how to start? i know basic grammar and some vocabulary in both languages (thanks to having a strong foundation in latin), but i want to be able to hold decent conversations in both of those languages

both of these sound so magical and sexy, and have an insane effect on women (not that tha's my only motive as it would be cucked)

is duolingo any good?

Don't use duolingo

Some websites have out plans with timing, you can use this as a base.

But go with actual textbook + youtube vids + elementary texts

and find some online ppl to converse with in the language

legit tips.

i learned some spanish from textbooks years ago, the grammar is really simple and most of the vocabulary is easy to remember/recognize since it's a romance language. and i now some italian on account of being part italian myself + having an extensive education in latin.

i'll probably start by purchasing good textbooks to master the basics of grammar, and then proceed by finding people to practice with.
