I was the most mentally sane when I was Catholic and committed

I had self love I could maintain stable relationships friendships honestly putting God above all else really healed my soul… my parents give me nothing God honestly provided so much healing that I would’ve preached it cured my depression 2 months ago.

I want to go back to church but part of me is doubting… I know it works because the best recovery’s in my life have been through prayer
