I hadnt eaten anything for 16 hours and i started getting dizzy. i was at such a bad state that i actually talked to girls because i didnt have the energy to think of a reason not to do so. I acted like a little faggot during the whole session. Its very diffcult to be rude and cocky when you got trouble standing up. at least i didnt fail.
 
My body has been destroyed for years. I haven’t been able to exercise properly since i took my schizo medication a year or two ago

You need 25g protein and plenty of water 1 hour before you workout. That is the most useless thing u can do
 
No one cares about your little gym-celling adventures. You are 27 KHHV. By all accounts, you are a loser through and through.

Caffeine will make you jittery and you would need macros with it. I use an explosive pre workout which does the job
