I went clubbing again for the first time in years. I'm 31 years old. It was suicide fuel.

Granted it was a very small club, but there were still a couple dozen people inside. Mostly people in their early 20s. I was literally invisible and everybody refused to come near me. I just sort of sat in the corner where I drank beer and ate nachos whilst everybody else parties and pretended I didn't exist. Just lol.

Tbh the entire experience just showed me how overrated clubbing is. It's just people getting drunk and acting like idiots but at 10x the price. It has literally zero appeal if you're not a dumb teenager or early 20 something. Or just chad trying to get laid. For an oldcel like myself it's basically just throwing money away whilst being surrounded by annoying people.

And the best part is that the beer wasn't even good jfl. Typically club draft beer is fresh and tastes better but the faggot running this bar barely kept the beer cool and it was foamy af. So I was basically sitting inside a club being ignored surrounded by annoying 20 something fucks whilst paying 4x the price for semi-warm foamy beer. Fucking over.
