good job man, since ur so young ur gyno should go away by itself. mine became smaller but never fully went away so ill have to get gyno removal surgery but its not as bad as it sounds

Btw I didn't do much cardio I was like sedentary-ish but i changed my diet I added more high bioavailability protein which led to less hunger I started eating less without even noticing it my diet is mostly milk and eggs
