I've always been naturally fit, I play soccer and basketball and I'm relatively tall for my age (6'2) at 16 and a half, but the only exercises I've ever done were bodyweight such as push ups, pull ups, dips, etc.
I went to the gym for deadahh the first time yesterday with my friend, was more of an expierment to see how I felt. For pre-workout I had 4 cups of millk with 60g of dextrose powder and a banana to carb up before the gym -> 45 min later I started my workout with my friend, we did back and arms (t-bar row, lat pulldown, hammer curls, and some more stuff since hes been in the gym for a while I let him guide me -> I did 20 min of cardio after and then went home and had 4 more cups of milk and 140g of dextrose powder to spike my free igf-1 -> then had dinner of some basmati rice and chicken
First off I never realized how weak I am plus im skinny af (6'2 and around 140lbs)
or 187cm for the cm boyos and like 65kg i think not sure, but I could barely do shit in terms of weights (was using a 15 pound dumbell for hammer curls) 
It's the day after and my ARMS ARE SO SORE, my back is alr but i can genuinely not extend my arms fully out, and im supposed to workout again tmrw
Looking for some feedback from some gymcels (also i forgot to mention but im currently like half sick rn so not at my full potential, i have a terrible throat and im pretty tired but not super bad)
