i went to the gym for the first time

I've always been naturally fit, I play soccer and basketball and I'm relatively tall for my age (6'2) at 16 and a half, but the only exercises I've ever done were bodyweight such as push ups, pull ups, dips, etc.

I went to the gym for deadahh the first time yesterday with my friend, was more of an expierment to see how I felt. For pre-workout I had 4 cups of millk with 60g of dextrose powder and a banana to carb up before the gym -> 45 min later I started my workout with my friend, we did back and arms (t-bar row, lat pulldown, hammer curls, and some more stuff since hes been in the gym for a while I let him guide me -> I did 20 min of cardio after and then went home and had 4 more cups of milk and 140g of dextrose powder to spike my free igf-1 -> then had dinner of some basmati rice and chicken

First off I never realized how weak I am plus im skinny af (6'2 and around 140lbs) :feelswhy: or 187cm for the cm boyos and like 65kg i think not sure, but I could barely do shit in terms of weights (was using a 15 pound dumbell for hammer curls) :forcedsmile:

It's the day after and my ARMS ARE SO SORE, my back is alr but i can genuinely not extend my arms fully out, and im supposed to workout again tmrw

Looking for some feedback from some gymcels (also i forgot to mention but im currently like half sick rn so not at my full potential, i have a terrible throat and im pretty tired but not super bad)

what feedback just be consistent and stick to a split FBEOD is technically the most optimal but id rather stick a kebab up my ass

Was planning on doing FB like 3 days a week on tuesday, thursday, and saturday (mainly did back and arms yesterday cus i was just following my friend and getting a feel for the gym)

Do I get less sore after my workouts as it goes on, is my pre workout and post workout good?

Its going to be harder becuase ur taller. Also ur gonna see lots of beginner gains and over time its going to gat harder to get as sore as u are rn. But u lowk want to be sore becuase it get sore when u train hard

Yes. When u get stornger ur gonna have to train harder to get sore but ut also goong to have to train harder to get stronger

Ty bhai, i actually saw some crazy tallcels in the gym for some reason i saw like at least 4+ 6'4 boyos but maybe its my area. Good thing it will be harder to get sora cus i genuinely feel like i cant move my arms rn

You will get less sore significantly.
Try to get some fast digesting carbs before workouts like rice cakes
avoid rib compression when working the chest
Form over weight
Track Ur Calories and Maingain
get a scale to track weight in the morning fasted after the toilet then at night every week.
Just make sure to go when you have to go and don't make excuses thats how you end up stalling for months
If you can't get protein in buy whey protein if I want get creatine just know to drink water
Cocaine for Pre :lul:
Use Cronometer to track cals
Dont do Junk volume like 6 sets

you gotta start with very little volume as a newgen and work your way up from there
