It’s actually better to be bigger. You can just do a recomp. Get on a diet of mostly protein and healthy fats and try to do as close to Keto as possible. You can lift more weight if you’re bigger. In a year from now you’ll be so happy you started today and stuck with it. I promise you bhai. I’m so proud of you.

Ik ben nog maar 1 keer in mijn leven gegaan. En dat was ook samen met een vriend, die een basic fit warrior is, haha. Hij is al 3 jaar bezig en weegt 90 kilo, echt een strijdpaard

Definitely agree if you’re a fat slob like me. But it also helps with you not caring about others’ opinions, so there’s some silver lining there.

Test your 1rm you'd be surprised. I had 70kg bench first try and did 100kg in few months, now at 120 there's few roidsheads who do 100kg for reps, but most of ppl doing like 40 or smtng you are likely alrdy stronger than most ppl just don't know it yet

My best friend was glad I finally started working out too, he’s been trying to get me to start since we were 14. We’re 30 now.

Zelfde ervaring als mij! Een ervaren gymmaxxer. Mijn vriend traint al 16 jaar. :peepoW: Hij heeft dus veel kennis erover. Hij mogt echt hard. Ik heb hem sinds zijn 14e altijd met een wasbord gezien; hij heeft nooit een laagje vet op z’n buik gehad in al die tijd. Echt impressive.

I joined when I was 120 kilos down to 95 kilos in like 4 months while incresing all my lifts. Simple diet is just everytime you eat is to eat something with protein, it basically was it for me. Hopped on trt aswell few weeks ago, didn't increase my lifts further yet but hope gna gain more muscle over time

Woah! Good job man, that’s really cool! My best friend benches around that (for reps). He’s the one helping me out right now. I think he wants me to get my form right first before I start using weights. Right now I didn’t use any. He said we’ll figure out how much I should lift.

I can ask my best friend, he’s been doing this for 16 years. I’m also lazy and insecure but I went anyway. You have to stop caring about what others think, if they’re being negative.

I think it's fine to do with bad form as weights are small you can't really get injured with 70kilos or smtng but ofc play it safe if you want to.

Thanks bhai! My best friend’s a gym rat so he’s the one who came up with my workout plan. We’re gonna do rotations. So next workout will be different than the first. I dont think it’s a formal workout plan. He’s seeing what works best for me.

Sounds like you did a body recomposition! Awesome! That’s great progress, losing 25 kg of your total weight (while increasing muscle mass), good job bhaijaan! It would probably take me a year to get there. I’m 85 kg but it’s just fat. My entire life, I was always underweight. I weighed 29 kg in 6th grade. And in high school girls weighed more than I did. Lol.

Yes, I wanna play it safe; it’s better to get it right in the beginning, and then work my way up. But I understand your mentality as well. It’s a matter of preference at this point.

He’s not just my friend, he’s my best friend. He is also social, so he had a bunch of guys walking up to him and starting a chat. They were all swole. There was even a Chinese guy, he had wide shoulders. Very NT guy. I mentioned it since you were talking about nerdy Chinese guys, lol. 😂

Noobie gains are crazy though, my biceps went from 36cm to 40cm in like a month, then to 43cm cold in 3 months, 45~ pumped. Have mostly gay men DM me on Reddit constantly, although had one girl Dm me aswell for pics of my biceps jfl

Thank you! Yes, I have a long way to go. No idea how people pull this off consistently. It’s way more difficult than it sounds, just doing those workouts. Seems easier when you look at it.
I have been working out for 6 month. Its get easier when ur body adapts.
