I needed to take care of my health since.. well, I’m fat.It’s actually better to be bigger. You can just do a recomp. Get on a diet of mostly protein and healthy fats and try to do as close to Keto as possible. You can lift more weight if you’re bigger. I had 70kg bench first try and did 100kg in few months, now at 120 there's few roidsheads who do 100kg for reps, but most of ppl doing like 40 or smtng you are likely alrdy stronger than most ppl just don't know it yetHahaha let’s hope you don’t see me in the gym then.

I joined when I was 120 kilos down to 95 kilos in like 4 months while incresing all my lifts. Simple diet is just everytime you eat is to eat something with protein, it basically was it for me. Hopped on trt aswell few weeks ago, didn't increase my lifts further yet but hope gna gain more muscle over timeThank you so much, my brother.
Yes, that’s actually what I was planning on doing; body recomposition! I’m just gonna figure out what my diet will look like exactly. But like you say, the key is consistency. I’ll do my best, for sure.

I think he wants me to get my form right first before I start using weights. Right now I didn’t use any. He said we’ll figure out how much I should lift.Test your 1rm you'd be surprised. My best friend’s a gym rat so he’s the one who came up with my workout plan. We’re gonna do rotations. So next workout will be different than the first. I dont think it’s a formal workout plan. He’s seeing what works best for me.

It would probably take me a year to get there. I’m 85 kg but it’s just fat. My entire life, I was always underweight. I weighed 29 kg in 6th grade. And in high school girls weighed more than I did. Het is zijn passie! Iedereen heeft iets wat hem of haar goed laat voelen, vooral wanneer ze depri zijn. Voor hem is dat de gym. Ik deel echter jouw mening.16 jaarvraag me af hoe mensen dat volhouden, zeker na je 25ste wanneer je werk en familieleven serieus moet nemen.
