Thank you! Yes, I have a long way to go. No idea how people pull this off consistently. It’s way more difficult than it sounds, just doing those workouts. Seems easier when you look at it.
When I don't feel motivated to do something I usually set expectations or deadlines enforced by others.

For my filler, I was scared as fuck, if it wasn't for this community i'd never have done it, so I announced an injection date (28th of Nov last year) and told everyone I was doing it then.

Community pressure & expectations forced me to go through with it, order it, get on call and stream it. I was getting tons of dms the day that I was meant to do it which led me to finally doing it.

As for the gym, you could try weight goals, or just do test P injections daily to the point where the post injection pain is a reminder for you not to waste that days injection.

I got fat too quick. Now i need spend 5 month to lose weight. So my progress will stop. If I was lean bulking. I could have done longer bulk session. my mistake. Progress was fast but too much fat for my liking :hnghn:

Face no, trt for until I like 85~ kgs at which if I preserve all muscle I have rn by my calculations I will be 12-15% bf with abs, at which point I'll drop it likely

Wrist grew a lot though

Everyone at the gym was swole and I was there… being fat. :HAhaa:
Its because they have Pump. Pump will make u look massive for like 1-2 hours but in reality they are not that big.

Dang, I never knew you did fillers. And what’s more, you even live-streamed it. Mirin low inhib BVLL activities. Personally, I don’t really cave in to peer pressure. I have to really wanna do it myself or otherwise I’m not doing it. No matter how much everyone else is trying me to do something.

What did your diet look like? I’ve seen the before and after, it’s really impressive. How much kcal would you eat and what exactly would you eat? In a day.

I'm 28. 3 weeks or smtng is not enough for trt to start working I guess

Wrist went from 18 to 19 over 4 months

Honestly I wouldn’t say I felt good but I felt distracted. Didn’t think of anything other than the gym itself. I like that. That’s probably what’s gonna keep me hooked.

Shoulders are just genetics sadly some have crazy like this guy some like me have shitty low inserts, but in clotches obliously still will have more size

If u eat well. Sleep well. be Consistent, progressive oveload and target many muscle parts. U will get it faster than u think.

Honestly at first it was like… I felt uncomfortable because I’m a total noob and everyone else there is experienced. And in fact I felt even embarrassed to be doing anything. But after doing a warmup I was slowly but surely losing that feeling. What I like now, and this is what I realized in hindsight, is that while at the gym, I was so damn distracted. Didn’t even think of my oneitis for example. That alone makes it so worth it to keep going there. I feel like that’s got me hooked now.

Getting progress will make u hooked liked drug. This what I love about bodymaxing. I get so fucking happy when my reps increase from heavy weights.

Nice! That sounds good. I’m glad that you like it. It feels good to get a routine going, at least for me. If it wasn’t for going to the gym I would just be laying in bed doing nothing all day.

tried a new energy drink today i got in the store which caught my attention called "RAW energy", some tropical thing i got a orange and mango flavour i tried it it was nice although it's got 23g sugar which i didnt realise when i bought it, but oh well

Yea if they are low it's really not good makes shoulders look slopped like mine although mine I hope will improve visually when lose weight

I got overall blessed with insane arm, back(especially lats some of lowest lats inserts ever), legs(72cm quads, 110cm ass without ever training them) genetics, but bad shoulder and chest sadly
