Next week I will email the doctors of the private clinic ortognatica roma (who are certainly the most blackpilled maxillofacial surgeons in Italy, see also the surgery undergone by MedialCanthusCel and TheLordMadness)
I the email I will tell them something like this:

"I have breathing problems during night (snoring, gasping for air during sleep, difficulty in staying asleep etc) and I think I may have sleep apnoea, since I have a significant facial recession. I'd like to find out if it's possible to undergo a bimaxillary surgery which can be reimbursed by my insurance company, as a medical procedure with functional purposes"

This method may not work because the insurance company before giving me the money for the surgery, requires to see a document written by the doctor, which explains the disease I have and the reasons why I need the surgery. Since my xray will probably show healthy airways, the doctor may refuse to write the document that ensures I have sleep apnoea

Non basta farsela diagnosticare dal medico di base?
eng: can't you just get diagnosed with sleep apnoea by your family doctor?

Insurance would make you get tested for sleep apnea if you claim it. Good luck cheating that test.

It's so fucking easy having something certified or prescribed by your family doctor. In Italy years ago they were basically prescribing steroids too if you wanted to get ripped.

Gargle hydrogen peroxide and shrink your airway theory before the test, I accidentally drank some and when I went to exercise to increase hgh I was wheezing

what did you do to pretend you have sleep apnoea?
could you expplain it in details?
I went to her and said that i have an overbite and at night i cant sleep because my jaw goes back and i cant breath normally. So i need to jut my jaw or sleep on my belly with isnt optimal and gives me neckpain.

Then she measured the gap of my overbite and said its not that bad and said that the insurance wont cover for it. I said fuck it and went out.

I gargled with hydrogen peroxide to whiten my teeth. does it really shrink the airways?

not for sure but I gargled some and went to do sprints one day and I was srs wheezing whenever I took a deep breath indicating shrunken airway

i actually do have sleep apnea , so id get most of my bimax covered JFL

I have sleep apnea, how much shit can I get for free?

Do you know theres other treatments? Just because you want surgery doesnt mean it they will go for it. Normally surgeries are the last option.

And theres sleep tests that i wonder how you will cheat on.

@ScramFranklin @spain
cheating the test theory? just stay woke for 7 hours, pretend snoring and gasping for air during sleep and pretend entering in the REM sleep by moving continously your eyes

And I heard that the docs in public clinics won’t pay attention to the aesthetics when performing bimax. So does your insurance still cover the fees when you resort to a private cosmetic surgeon?

If you have sleep apnea, they will give you a sleeping mask. I already did the whole procedure, and its almost impossible for a young guy to get bimax paid.

sleep on back with extreme mckenzie tuck to ensure no air during test :feelsokman:

my insurance covers any medical expense in any medical clinic, as long as the doctor declares I have a disease and the procedure is needed to fix it

I will go to the maxillofacial clinic and tell them I got prescribed wearing the sleeping mask but it is not enough to fix my sleep apnoea

How much is the gap of your overbite? I gotta ascend with bimax

good luck sir

How did it go? planning on doing the same thing

Before getting tested for sleep apnea gain some weight. Then sleep on your back with three pillows. That should induce sleep apnea if you don't already have it.
