What is the ideal cardio after each workout normally I do 45 mins incline walk but last week I havent done anything I havent even worked out in the gym . And im more debloated like pretty Big difference am I doing too much or is cardio cope?:unsure:
 
ideal cardio is the one you'll consistently do
 
since idk if u care about hormones or just wanna do cardio and mess up hormones too
