If all ethnicities had european phenotypes...

Lets say all races / ethnicities had the exact same european facial features, and literally nothing would be different between each race, but the skin color. Do you think that white would still be on top? I have seen some mixed black guys with a lot of european features and it looks super exotic.

Yeah they still would be. The biggest looksmin of being another race is having a darker skin color and a lower SMV due to stereotypes and status associations imo.
Pic related albino Arab. SMV wise he mogs all other Arabs into the floor just because of his coloration.
