I was losing weight super slowly over the past 7 months I only lost 20 lbs. I started a low carb diet this week and all of a sudden the weight is falling off. I hope that isn't a bad sign? I don't want to be pre diabetic. I am eating a modified atkins diet. The first 5 days I had almost zero net carbs- Had 150 grams of protein and only protein calories less than a total of 1200 calories.
