he has one of the best forward grown maxilla yet has huge foilds. Why?

Prognathism does not mean you have a good maxilla, his undereye support looks bad which is usually a sign of recession. Nasolabial folds depends on factors like fat pads, skin and bones. Even people with good bones can't escape them because of their skin sagging as they age
