Don’t except to get anywhere your genes are fucked and u need gear.
I have a couple friends who started the gym skinny fat and after 2 years they look the exact same just with wider shoulders and fatter bc there on the so called “bulk” JFL.
But then I got a dude in my school who started the gym this summer and he alr surpassed both of there physiques bc he started of lean and alr had muscle definition.
I know it’s a hard truth to carry but don’t worry if u start the gym with even as little as sarms then it’s gonna synergies pretty well with noobie gains and you’ll be able to lose fat and gain muscle so you’ll end up with a good body (I’ve seen it before).
Remember it’s genetics, diet, training and PEDs. If u have the last 3 locked in u should be able to build a pretty nice body even if your genes are cooked.
And remember there’s nothing wrong with taking PEDs that’s why they are there
