If u start the gym skinny fat

Don’t except to get anywhere your genes are fucked and u need gear.

I have a couple friends who started the gym skinny fat and after 2 years they look the exact same just with wider shoulders and fatter bc there on the so called “bulk” JFL.

But then I got a dude in my school who started the gym this summer and he alr surpassed both of there physiques bc he started of lean and alr had muscle definition.

I know it’s a hard truth to carry but don’t worry if u start the gym with even as little as sarms then it’s gonna synergies pretty well with noobie gains and you’ll be able to lose fat and gain muscle so you’ll end up with a good body (I’ve seen it before).

Remember it’s genetics, diet, training and PEDs. If u have the last 3 locked in u should be able to build a pretty nice body even if your genes are cooked.

And remember there’s nothing wrong with taking PEDs that’s why they are there:)

thought skinny fat just meant you had higher bf% while not having lots of muscle. You should be able to fix it naturally. Lean out-then lean bulk over the years. But yes just take roids, there's no point in being natty

It’s gonna take a very along time ik Hamaza did eventually get lean and jacked but it took him 7-8 years jfl

yeah well it's different for everyone/it depends the size your talking about. This was "3 years"

This guy is even that big he just abuses lighting and angles and he didn’t start of skinny fat he was alr pretty robust before just fat.

You should do roids after 1 year of perfect lifting routine atleast

You'll then make the most of them.

you can do it without roids but will take much longer. A solid 2 year bulk and then a proper cut

Nah bro it’s better when u first start so that way it can synergies with noobie gains. Lucas Karger did it as soon as he started lifting and he gained 80 pounds of almost all muscle in 1 year (he has elite genes tho)

That’s the thing tho on the bulk your not gonna gain any muscle bc at 20%bf your insulin is so fucked you’ll gain barely any size and then when u do cut after getting to 30%bf your gonna lose most of your gains bc 1. Your natty 2. Genetics are shit your body is gonna eat its muscle to and 3. It’s embarrassing to be lifting that long to end up with the same body your friend got by doing push ups in his room for a month

Yeah I see what u mean. I mean I would assume noobies do a lil research before stepping in the gym anyway at least that’s what I did.
