Being morbidly obese is very fixable but it's one hell of a death sentence
If I was just obese or whatever it may not be as bad but if I was 500 lbs+ morbidly obese , that would be worse than being ugly for sure.
Obviously I wouldnt wanna be ugly either at all but damn if I had to choose I'd pick ugly with ease.
When you are morbidly obese to the point where you can't get out of bed then thats just the worst thing possible. All the loose skin after weight loss won't be at all good either and may even look worse than being morbidly obese.
