Yeah I supplement for the two weeks. And I don’t train for the two weeks of fasting. It gets you even more hungry. I do study after two days in as my mind is all clear. But I start the training and dieting after the two weeks are done. Think of it like a reset. You get to decide what your calorie input is and your stomach will follow.WTF do you suplement???? 2 fucking weeks bro do you LDAR i cant imagine training or studying with this shit its imposible
So say you are 200 lb. You do a two week water fast. You lost 15 lb. But say you wanted to lose 20. You calculate your calorie deficit to reach that goal in whatever amount of time you wish. Then when the two week water fast is finished, you strictly eat under that calorie deficit. You won’t feel “hungry” or that you need to eat and you reach your targeted weight.
