Yeah I supplement for the two weeks. And I don’t train for the two weeks of fasting. It gets you even more hungry. I do study after two days in as my mind is all clear. But I start the training and dieting after the two weeks are done. Think of it like a reset. You get to decide what your calorie input is and your stomach will follow.

So say you are 200 lb. You do a two week water fast. You lost 15 lb. But say you wanted to lose 20. You calculate your calorie deficit to reach that goal in whatever amount of time you wish. Then when the two week water fast is finished, you strictly eat under that calorie deficit. You won’t feel “hungry” or that you need to eat and you reach your targeted weight.

i want to try OMAD first. Opinions?

Also what did you supplement cause i always have fobia of missing a micronutrient

There is nothing wrong with OMAD. All that matters is your goals and the results you're looking for. It's very good for toning and cutting body fat.

And for supplementation I take around 3 different multivitamins and a few other vitamin pills. Its quite obvious that your aren't going to get everything you need in. But remember that it's only for two weeks. Also remember to continue to keep supplementing after the fast is done and you continue the caloric deficit.

Will 1 week also work? How many days minimum for Like -3% bodyfat

Yeah 1 week works. If you want to lose 8-10lb that's definitely doable. If you want to lose around 20-25lb two weeks is where its at. Keep in mind if you start a calorie deficit after you "reset" your stomach you can lose 5-10 more pounds that month.

And I'm not sure how many days to lose a specific amount of body fat. I haven't done too many to know.
 
Was 30% BF when LTR dumped me. Subhuman. Low 20’s now. Much better. Trying for 15.
