I’m from EE myself and can give u some advice.
Avoid Italy and Germany because they dont wanna speak english at all and in case of germany they treat EE people subhuman.
Italian is easier to learn than german too if you’d learn any language.
France is pretty expensive and also english is not really spoken everywhere.
Denmark, Netherlands and Norway you can go around knowing only english and pay is good there.
Idk much about other scandi countries and spain, portugal tho.
