To be fair, if he’s the guy in the picture you posted, his jaw appears pretty broad and vertically tall.
Some of that can be attributed to downward growth, though.
The chin is massive, but comes off as unbalanced, much like the entire lower third.
His lips are decent, and there’s some mass in the zygomatic region, though the shape and placement of the cheekbones aren’t particularly ideal.
That might be partly due to the angle and positioning of the photo.

Everything above the lower third, cheekbones excluded, is garbage.
