i haven't completely fixed it but it's gotten better to a large extent from age 16-17. what i think happened is that i "ascended" from ltn to mtn from 15-16.5 but still had social anxiety because i was still not getting that much validation in social settings due to acting awkward (because of my existing social anxiety)

thanks to using high doses of anxiolytics (pregabalin and alcohol) at parties i was able to temporarily get rid of the anxiety which along with not being LTN anymore gave me enough validation to prove to my brain i had reasons to be confident in social settings

It was a long time ago but I definitely went over 100 days and wasn’t watching porn or anything. I think it made my t levels lower so I just got extremely anxious around women because of it

But yeah nofap might work for some men, just didn’t for me. I’d also completed NNN like 5 years in a row too back then so it wasn’t a one off

If nofap doesn’t work, my advice is to get more practice with women either by paying an escort or going on holiday to SEA

Thinking of trying some sort of anxiolytic at least temporarily to train my brain (combined with nofap). I used to go out with friends a ton before I moved and I'm still giga high inhib. 90% of the time I'd be completely silent or say 3 word answers while everyone else had a blast. Also socially avoident and irritable to a fault, severe stutter etc. Never feel relaxed even when alone in my bedroom.
