What else is there to value in a relationship? If we're talking about strictly non materialistic values, nowadays there isn't any. Relationships have been made into a job, a contract, a trade off. And most of the time, if not all, that trade off benefits the female more than the male. Even if you're good looking, thats what your partner values in you. Something that you didn't achieve, it was given to you.

Sharing events together, just the mundane life and having someone who truly cares about you.

Yes it's conditional, but every love is conditional, even your mothers love, be it more resembling of unconditional, but it never can be that.

I guess we just have different outlooks on relations and their values.

are you comparing maternal attachment to relation attachment :feelswhat:

u forget the part that when you share those events (like something funny happening at dinner) your paying for that dinner, or that mundane life in your apartment or house, your paying for (or half)

just saying all love is conditional.

depends on the relationship. In my last relationship, I think it was quite 50/50, she might have even paid more, tbh.

And applying financial lens to a relationships is kinda dumb. If you've been in a fulfilling relationship , you'd know how important those little moments are. Maybe depends on the person, but at least I appreciate them the most.

At the end of the day why does it matter? You don’t even talk to her anymore so having “memories” disadvantages you.

You think she reminisces about your “memories” while in reality, her memories are the sexual moments she had with chad.

You make all those useless dinner memories while chad fucked her on the first night out

Ok and? If I like those memories, they make me happier, is that a problem? Hmm... doesn't seem like it.

Yeah, they really think about all those sexual encounters, life really is that simple.

Whatever you say bro, you've clearly mastered the female psyche.

it depends on how you define conditional, you would say maternal love is conditional because the women needed to birth the child, and it needs to be the child that is given the love, but this is a reactive condition, i would classify that love as still unconditional because a reactive condition birthed unconditional responsibility & love

nice, but this is a small minority of relationships

wym its "kinda dumb" :feelswhat:, one of your biggest male instincts is to provide, inturn you get to cherish those memories

im not saying sex is the most important thing, but its one of your most potent instinct/intrinsic drive, and most men are providing too much for women that dont love then, so they can have sex with them, making it MUCH more rare to find a fulfilling/genuine relationship, hence why alot of men either give up or go buy it
