i slay more now that i just eat what i want, dont stave, dont stress and train lateral delts, back and chest with a bit of abs 1 x a week.

arms get trained with back and chest

i just do compounds, here is my current workoutplan:

1 day a week of
2x sets benchpress explosive and controlled 4-6 reps
2x sets pullups explosive and controlled as many as i can
2x sets dumbell lateral raises explosive and controlled 6-10 reps
1x sets hanging leg raises explosive and controlled as many as i can

after workout i enjoy sitting in the sauna chilling a lil

on occasions i do 1x set tricep pushdown and 1x set dumbbell bicep curls. only if i feel like i want to do it tho.

by simply never stressing and eating good foods i maintain a pretty okay physique. simply do whatever you feel like

they say i look more "natural" since i gained bodyfat to like 13-15% instead of like 8-10%. also i feel much happier, and happier lfie is all that matters.

First off appreciate the response,

So if I got it right you only workout once a week (pretty much full body) and eat whatever you want. Could it be that you’ve already been working out for so long and have great muscle memory that you can afford to do this meanwhile a complete beginner might not be able to get away with this same routine?

Also side note but I tried pull-ups and I swear I don’t think I even did 5 complete reps. I was flailing like a fish back and forth. How do you even get good enough doing pull-ups to have that as a major part of your routine? Bc the reps I did do felt incredible but the whole movement requires so much strength.

when i say i eat whatever i want, i am talking about that i want to eat eggs, beef, carrots (i actually enjoy carrots), fruits, blueberries, steak, dates and honey and so on. I dont even care for people who call it cope, i feel much more well in my head. it also, and i am not larping, acually feels like i see colors better and my vision has cleared a bit. probably just in my head tho, but it feels nice.

i like feeling nice, and do things that make me feel good.

About me being trained. from my perspective, the more i train the worse i feel about my body. thats why i dont train so much and that i am now satisfied at about 13-15%, 5'10.5 and 64 kg. this is totally alright for me, i wish my height would be taller. but nothing to do abt it.

it could be right that it is because i have trained previously, but i wouldnt know. ANYONE who does thta routine i showed 2x a week can look like i do, and thats enough for me. probably even with once a week. sometimes i do every other week

its okay to do less than 5 pullups. you just need to do as many as you can in 2 sets. and you will progress forward.

Gymcels will mog a twink every single time. Foids want a man with masculinity, high muscle mass and high testosterone, that is pure biology, they dont lust over a twink, if you've got no muscle its over. Just dont over do it, and the only way to grow muscle is to lift weights, as the contractile proteins in your muscle tissue generates energy to counteract the resistance provided by that weight, thus if you wont lift weight, you'll stay a twink.

Bullshit. Never training legs makes you look bad and it lokks ridiculous. Plus for sports or martial arts legs are super important so if you dont work them you wont look as athletic. Having super skinny thighs but a strong upper body will make you look goofy. This dude who grew up with me used to have a massive upper body (he probably roided) and had the tiniest pencil legs, and people made a nickname for him making fun of his pencil legs.

Pure cope, his legs aren’t tiny, he trains them. Only his crural/sural area is small, but that’s due to poor genetics. He would not have that kind of explosive power when kicking, if he had tiny undeveloped legs.

Having a proportionate body is pretty important. I used to not train legs and I had moments where I wish I trained legs and had more strength.

Ofc you can grow them, but the shape and musclefiber composition of your sural/crural muscles is all determined by genetics.
The muscle-tendon ratio is genetic and determines the muscle’s volume potential.
So it would take him much more work to grow that area, and I guess he just doesn’t bother to do 2-3x more calves exercises.
