I'm too lazy to pull up pictures I've personally seen, but if you look at surfers that have been surfing since childhood, their skin throughout their teens is ideal, tanned and collagen filled.

Then eventually their skin's quality takes a sharp turn for the worse and looks scaly and disgusting despite only being 18-20
