That conflicts with your fact, since it says that the difference between wealthy and poor blacks is much bigger than the difference between wealthy and poor whites, but if what you're saying is true (rich blacks do worse than poor whites) this would literally be impossible as it would mean the average SAT score of black people would be like 200 considering there are more poor blacks than wealthy ones.
Think about it, the difference in SAT scores between rich and poor blacks would have to be big enough to be double the difference of whites, but also somehow both of them still be less than poor whites. The average score would also be skewed towards the poor side since they make up a larger percentage of the black population, so the only explanation is either the average SAT score of whites would have to be impossibly high, or as I said the average black SAT scores would be legit mental retardation level.
However lets just assume that your source is the correct one, as previously mentioned it can be explained by glass ceiling. This glass ceiling is a lot worse as most black people in america are descendants of slaves, so they have been cucked with generally low ambition since the day slavery was abolished. If you're a slave you aren't necessarily gonna try be the president, you would be content with anything better than what you had before, and this mindset trickles down through generations. Nothing to do with iq, its just psychology.
Another great example of this can be seen in the UK. Because the carribean experienced a lot of slavery as well, carribeans have been in the UK for much longer than african immigrants, however africans do better than carribeans in school, a higher percentage go to university, and it can be assumed africans commit less crimes etc. yet both groups are black so those stats should be the exact same right? If anything since you believe whites are inherently higher iq, carribeans should be even smarter than black africans as they have white admixture? Yet they don't. Why? Because of the glass ceiling.
