1.) Lifting heavy- Everyone listened to a roided genetic freak Ronnie Coleman when he vouched for lifting heave. Science has proven that you should not lift super heavy to gain muscle and strength. It’s recommended to stay within the 10-15 rep range and progressively overload from there. This also helps prevent frying your nervous system and soft tissue injuries.
2.) Deadlifts- This is by far the worst exercise in the history of mankind. Some people actually claim that if you don’t do deadlifts you’re considered to be a punk or lazy. The likelihood that you get injured is super high and rewards are literally just a stringer grip, big legs and that’s it. It’s just not worth the risk and it will definitely hold you back in your quest for aesthetics and “looking string”
