Do high rep pushups+squats in the mornings on empty stomach and you’ll burn fat+build muscles.
Do cardio outside
Eat clean, eliminate snacking. Eat only 1-2 meals a day
Gym is waste of time for fatties. Only go there if u wanna be bodybuilder
