OK real quick theory here.

Back in the day, men in puberty would be outside, exercising and lifting heavy stuff. Since in puberty your test and HGH levels are sky high its perfect time to ansbolise muscle. So the theory goes, in teenage years you'd build all of your muscle and for the rest of your life you keep it.

OK now as an adult you skinny twins honestly think working out natty is gonna do anything you are literally delusions.

Bullshit. I am 20 and latebloomer and I feel like building muscle is easier now than it was when I was 18

I actually thi k that's part of the theory. Getting dht out the way as a young kid will save you from balding later and shows health

So you only have a short exposure to dht as a kid. The rest of your life your not trying to buold muscle mai ly maintainibg it. I'm way of u think hut it would make sense
 
Cope you either have good Genes or you don't

At 30 I put on muscle no problem if I eat and focus on gaining strength. If you want great results though obviously you need to roid
