IGF1 DES is a short acting, localized growth factor that binds directly to IGF1 receptors on osteoblasts the cells responsible for bone formation making it uniquely effective for targeted bone remodeling when injected into specific areas like the zygos, chin, infraorbital rim, or even brow ridge (though that’s risky due to nerve proximity). Unlike HGH or IGF1 LR3, which work systemically and can’t be site specific, DES acts only where it’s injected, bypassing the liver and IGF binding proteins. When combined with “bone smashing” (localized percussive trauma), this activates Wolff’s Law the biological principle that bone adapts to mechanical stress resulting in microdamage that signals the body to reinforce the bone matrix. Injecting IGF1 DES post smashing enhances this effect, amplifying osteoblast activity and potentially thickening or strengthening the targeted bone area over time. Theoretically, adding PTH analogs like teriparatide (used medically to treat osteoporosis) could further accelerate bone remodeling by tipping the balance toward bone formation. While not guaranteed to give surgery level results, this stack IGF1 DES + trauma + PTH analog + nutrients like K2, D3, calcium, and collagen offers a fringe but biologically sound route for subtle, long term improvements in facial bone mass.

bro i just realized it was you who commented on this :ROFLMAO: i also saw your post on des give it a try bro trust it works just be careful of going too deep and pair it with hgh

When I first started, I was doing 50mcg of IGF DES per site, around 100mcg total a day, usually split into two shots. My source is a grey market vendor I have that sells everything.

I stacked it with HGH, running 8 IUs for a short stretch before dropping back to 6 IUs. I also added teriparatide at 20mcg, which definitely made a difference in growth, especially when I was focusing on my zygos.

I took some time off but I’m about to start another cycle this one’s mainly for my chin. I won’t be using teriparatide this time. The plan is:
  • HGH: 8 IUs for the first two weeks, then 6 IUs after
  • CJC + Ipamorelin: 100mcg each to keep my natural GH active
  • Retatrutide: 3.5mg to help with insulin and fat metabolism
  • GHK-Cu: 2-3mg for skin health and collagen
  • IGF DES: 80–100mcg total, injected locally after stress

Forgot to add I also bonesmash the areas every other day.:feelsuhh:
