I will be turning 22 in a couple of months. It will take me YEARS of saving to reach my max potential. I have such a good base for looksmaxxing just none of the money or resources.

JFL AT BEING POOR WHILE RICH TOWEL HEADS ARE BUYING THEIR KIDS JAW IMPLANTS AND ASCENDING THEM. ALL RICH PEOPLE ARE BLACKPILLED DON’T FORGET.

I will need CCW + bimax + infraorbital/zygomatic arch implants + jaw angle implants + gymcelling to be mulatto slayer. But in the years it’ll take to save and get these surgeries I will already be an old fuck with no collagen and recending hairline. Over you can’t outrun your genetics (unless you’re rich).

i am in sort of opposite predicament as you. i’m kindly asking for your advice. i’m sorry you don’t have the money yet

I have the money but i am 22, and wanna wait a few more years till like 25, in hopes of achieving my genetic potential through more natural means (myo appliances), and if all else fails in the end, only then get surgery.

what do you think? cuz my jaw might develop a bit more. should i just get surgery now or max out and then surgery if necessary

i’m gonna start taking mk 677 which heard might give jaw gains and i’ve seen ppl get changes w o surgery in early twenties. i want to max out before i do something that’s very drastic…

thanks for advice nonetheless

Might help a bit but softmaxxing outside of gymaxxing or tanning is mostly cope. You really aren’t going to see any significant changes without surgery.

General rule of thumb is don’t get cosmetic surgery ti’ll after you’ve fixed functional problems. If you have a recessed jaw and narrow palate fix those things first before you think about implants or other surgeries as often times it will just make you look uncanny.

Yes bimax is really the only way mewing past like 13 is a cope. Bimax is a functional surgery though not purely cosmetic so if you have sleep apnea or tmj your insureance will cover it.

Mewing will not align your jaws, but there is a technique with the tongue that does

You have to prove to your insurance you have sleep apnea by getting a sleep study and you can’t really fraud that.

Although like I said bimax is a functional surgery first and foremost. It’s main purpose is to correct under/overbites. If you don’t have an under or overbite you’re probably better off just getting implants.

i can pay the full price but how much would insurance save approximately, like $10-20k? i’m mega recessed but don’t quite have overbite so… i also heard it’s not good to get implants before bimax

Did you ever have braces when you were younger?

Overbites/Underbites are skeletal deformities. Most old school orthodontist “camouflage” this by pulling back the jaws so that you molars will touch, but the actual jaws themselves will still be recessed.

If you have zero functional problems and have good occlusion it will be very hard to convince insurance to cover the surgery.

Insurance will cover the surgery itself but not anesthetic costs or braces (which some people need to wear for a year or so before operation).

i did wear braces bc i had buck teeth from tongue thrust

i had braces to fix overbite too

I guess i’ll have to be in it for the long haul, sad to hear i might have to wear braces for a year before getting this

Brutal my friend I have to go through the same.

Most overbites are cause by the upper jaw being normally grown while the lower jaw hasn’t caught up. Usually people will grow up and the lower jaw will catch up to the upper jaw.

But what orthodontists will do is pull back your normally develop upper jaw to match your already recessed lower jaw. They quite literally make your face flatter, make your airway smaller, and make you uglier.

Most orthodontists are scammers who ruin people’s faces and airways. Crime of the century tbh.

And the most brutal part is while wearing braces they do something called dental decompensation to reverse the effects of camouflage orthodontics. Over the course of a year or so your will literally become MORE recessed so that your teeth are in the proper position for surgery.

So basically you have to get uglier before you can bet better lookimg.

bro everything you said happened to me i’m so sad. thanks for sharing

you’re right that i think upper jaw is normal but lower never grew to match it

i agree ortho are scammers who don’t understand facial beauty

If he has major failed like recessed chin or cheek bones or crazy nose then surgery now softmax later. You need to build yourself a good base while as young as possible. I’ll be done hardmaxxing by around 26. That’s the latest I’d ever push getting surgery.

i don’t understand your logic. why not do what you can first before considering something super invasive and expensive
