Im 14 and a half and 5'3 (160 cm). My mom is 158 cm and my dad is 173 cm. My older brother (18) is 173 cm and my uncle from my moms side is also 173 cm. My brother hit his growth spurt when he was 14 and became 170 cm. Any tips on heightmaxxing and getting taller please!!!
 
Drop Vit D and K2 for now, probably have the wrong form for K2. Just get occasional barechested sun after a meal for Vitamin D, dont sunbathe though. Stop Omega 3. Stop Vitamin C

dont overtrain, try to do calisthetics and not free weights

sleep is my biggest regret. fix it asap. do you have problems falling asleep? also what ethnicity are you and where are you from?
Why stop omega 3 and vitamin C? Im taking those for general health by the way. I dont have problems falling asleep but I just have a bad sleep schedule, like really bad. I sleep at like 2 AM and wake up at 9 Am so not enough sleep at all. And why no vitamin D + K2?? Im middle eastern by the way

I dont have problems falling asleep but I just have a bad sleep schedule, like really bad. I sleep at like 2 AM and wake up at 9 Am so not enough sleep at all.

Right before hitting my growth spurt at 14 i was 152cm. Now im 174

im not sure, I hit puberty when i was 12 and a half/ 13. And i grew from like 145 cm ( at 12) to now 160 at 14 and a half. but i dont think thats a growth spurt just normal puberty.

But most likely 173 given a perfect lifestyle and no autistic heightmaxxing stacks

In all seriousness, once your plates close, THEY CLOSE and you will NOT gain more height ever. You are lucky to find this forum at a young age. I would advise HGH ASAP as it is a long term investment that will certainly pay off, you will regret not taking it when you’re 5’5 at 20 and getting mogged by average height men. However, sometimes genetics can screw you over. In my example, my father was 6’ and my mother 5’7 in their 20s (confirmed with their doctor records). I ended up 5’9.5”. My uncles are also all 6’ or taller. Since over 60 genes are responsible for heigh, you might just get unlucky like me and inherit a larger amount of “short” genes for your family’s genetic potential. All you can do is peptides (safe), sleep to max out natural HGH, light to moderate physical activity, eat super clean, and inject low dose pharmacy HGH. We currently know of no other effective methods of inducing natural height gain at young ages (while the epiphyseal plates are not fused). You do not want to have to get LL in your 20s. Take those steps NOW.

Diet: Lots of everything. Make sure no macronutrient is neglected. Fruits and vegetables for retinoids and fiber. Avoid any and all processed food. No refined sugar (lowers HGH levels). Eat multiple times thru the day, no fasting. Make sure your sleep quality is pristine and 9 hours every night (you secrete HGH during deep sleep).

Yeah it’s a myth but is going to the gym makes protein go to the muscles instead of the bones?
