My goal is to get to 200 by this April. And 180 by the end of the year.

I have no idea how I let myself get so fat and unhealthy.

I have very little willpower but I know I will have to muster the strength to get on a huge caloric deficit if I will ever get to a healthy weight.

I’m hoping that 6 months from now I can make a follow up post about my success story

My plan is to do a 4 day PPL split with one rest day and drink Huel meal replacement powder and a protein shake to make it easy to hit my macros and calorie goals.

Not possible. Unless you literally fast the entire 6 weeks. Even on a 500 cal deficit (which is a lot) it’s only losing about a pound a week.

You can lose much more. I lost 3lb a week on my last cut and that was while eating enough to preserve 95% of the gains I made during my bulk, if I didn't have to do that I'd imagine I would've dropped way faster.

Not sure. I think I might have shrunk to 6’0.5 barefoot actually. Cause I got fat and stopped lifting and hurt by back, and also I sleep on a really soft mattress.

I was definitely taller when I slept on a thin hard futon on the ground. I really should stretch more and ditch my memory foam bed.

not really, one of my friends cut a very similar amount of weight for an mma fight and he was on around 1.2-1.5k calories.

I did 1800 every year and still lost muscle

Exactly : another one who make no difference between losing weight (including water, glycogen and muscle) and losing fat.You would want to retain as much muscle as possible while losing fat. If the scale drops too quick that's alarming. You can only lose so much fat/week.

I've been detrained for 5 months and only lost 6 pounds in the last two months : that's not the whole truth as my body completely changed and went through a recomp where I gained muscles.

That's 184cm right? I'm the same, I'm 185.5cm in the morning but go down to 184cm by evening. I used to claim 6'1 but since I'm 6ft the majority of the day I feel weird claiming 6ft1. Is there anyway to keep our morning height? 6ft is manlet tier tbh

insane frame
lift hard while leaning out on small calorie deficit and you'll be ideal
