Start by losing weight, don't see food like a reward, see it like fuel. Get into a caloric deficit, in 2 to 3 months you'll see the changes.

You're probably sub5 because of your hight body fat % messing with your face, had that same problem lmfao, went from ltn to mtn just losing fat.
