That's the minimum required to have my face completely reshaped with:

- Jaw angle implants
- Infraorbital saddled implants with cheekbones extensions
- Supraorbital dropdown implants

Not even counting the inevitable periorbital fat graft and canthoplasty following these procedures. That would add up another 10K.

There is absolutely no guarantee of ascension : at worst I could end up botched, at best I could have a huge SMV boost to high MTN/low HTN.It's a fucking gamble but I have nothing to lose at this point.

Such is life for LTNs. Leanmaxxing and softmaxxing will never truly compensate your lack of bones and failos.
