Im back on weightloss. What's the benefit of starving myself?

I can mostly eat whatever i want. During days in my teens i could survive off of oreos and doritos and 1 real meal a day and fast food, i never got morbidly obese but i was overweight and out of shape. Been putting on and dropping pounds seasonally.

I discovered that i can eat full meals and not really gain weight as long as i'm hitting the gym. So i might eat like 2.5k calories hit the gym and burn off 700 so that way i'm at a deficient for the day. I've been able to drop weight this way rather consistently.

Is there risk to doing this in the looksmax department? will it bloat you or something?
 
you will gain some waterweight from the extra food but will go away if you start eating less again, but it is a better way to lose weight because you have more nutrition
