I’m badly thinning, Should I get a buzz cut or just short hair cut?

My hair is really long right now and I need a haircut but I’m really scared. I know a short cut will look like shit. Should I just get a buzz cut? I’m on fin right now and just quit taking steroids (I was on TRT) so I’m hoping I see some major regrowth.

Should I just bite the bullet and wait till my hair is good again to grow it out?

Depends on your skull shape and hairline. If both are bad, buzzcut might make them look even worse, and you'll be forced to hatfraud for a long time.

A lot of roidheads use duta instead of fin

Edit: @baldingprettyboy it doesn't matter if you quit, the point is if it's more effective than fin, roidheads have higher DHT levels because of higher testosterone and for some reason use it.

Just a normal short on the side medium on top. Enough hair to hide any thinning
