I'm about 20 hours fasted now. I'll probably break the the fast on Thursday at noon just like last week.

It basically means I'm only eating for half the duration of the week.

It's pretty hard, but I can handle it. The only thing that concerns me slightly is nutritional deficiencies.

It's not like I have excess weight to lose either. I just want to get really, really lean and reach my waist circumference goal of 69 cm. I expect I'll reach that this week and then maybe I can start eating a little more normally again.

I might get some more supplements soon. There are a bunch of plant extracts that are supposed to help. Right now I'm pretty much just drinking coffee and I take nicotine pouches (I plan to quit these after I'm done with weight loss).

It would be better to do protein sparing modified fast for that
I might do something similar to that once I've reached my waist circumference goal. I'm doing the prolonged fasting for anti-aging effects too, like clearer skin.

I think so. Just had some lemon juice. Was feeling really hungry, but I can feel myself going into ketosis and start doing things with ease. It's really those first 20 or so hours that are tough, at least if you're used to having carbs during the eating window.

You're probably right. I do take a multivitamin and sea salt as well.

nah dont listen to these faggots the best water with potassium/sodium and NOTHING else

all this fasting mimicing supp shit is just cope for niggers who dont have the discipline to do a real fast

if you want maximum benefits for minimum time fasted water fasting is bis

dont take vitamin either, anything that has to be metabolized will interrupt autophagy

only exception to this are minerals and electrolytes

also if you dont eat keto macros outside the fast you will flush a lot of sodium every time to enter ketosis, must replace it or you will get cramps long term

unless you have insane bone mass where you look facially lean even if you eat like shit and are high bf/bloated all the time then you must eat ANCESTRALLY which means no fucking treats and faggot shit, fasting somewhat regularly, eating mostly meat

if you dont you are coping, its the simplest looksmax that will also make you 100x more healthy

I dont disagree, but people just put too much hope into losing a couple more pounds of fat. It's not that it re-shuffles your entire bone structure, you just lose some bloat
