I'm about 20 hours fasted now. I'll probably break the the fast on Thursday at noon just like last week.
It basically means I'm only eating for half the duration of the week.
It's pretty hard, but I can handle it. The only thing that concerns me slightly is nutritional deficiencies.
It's not like I have excess weight to lose either. I just want to get really, really lean and reach my waist circumference goal of 69 cm. I expect I'll reach that this week and then maybe I can start eating a little more normally again.
