I’m getting a lefort 1 but my ortho refused me getting a bimax

I’m getting mse and a lefort-1 and was refused a bimax. My lower third isn’t rescessed or anything just lack angularity and bonemass, any tips on what I can do to grow it?(im starting test and pth analogs combined with bs so hopefully that helps)
