It works a lot trust me even if you are chopped it will expand your maxilla and the expanded maxilla will support your eyes& jaw. If you are removing 4 teeths your maxilla is probably not well developed but get braces too

Unless u do not have the money for a pallatal expander then yea extraction will propably be needed, it depends on what tooth tho. It can change nothing and just give u nice teeth, or make u reccessed but give u nice teeth

They said it would most optimal to remove 4 teeth and my mom agreed so I had no choice, they’re going to remove 1 tooth from the bottom right 1 from the top right and 1 from the bottom left and 1 from the top left. but the good news is I’m also getting a pallet expender because of my bite asymmetry and narrow upper pallet.
