Im getting premolar extraction

I had a whole conversation with the dentist he told me everything he said some other dentist try to make money of you and wtv and hes been a dentist for 22 years

he thought first of giving me a MARPE but unfortunatly my bottom teeth are aligned with my upper so if i do MARPE it gets worse

And i asked wouldn’t an extraction make me more recessed? He said no it wouldn’t i even asked about my maxilla, zygo and etc i told him i dont care about straight teeth i care about having a good profile he said yeah you’ll even look better with an extraction because my mandible will look better and not very fucked up

He also said after a year with braces if they have to they can move my lower jaw forward and then it’ll look way better

Well if he said so then test it out man. Ive never seen your face or an xray so i can't give you anything accurate. Im just speaking from experience. Most of the time extractions arent good. Only for some people extractions could be beneficial.

Nothing new just the thoughts of me descending while my parents are making fun of me for being fucking sad i cant even get a double jaw surgery in the future because of my religion i’ll ask if they can pull my lower jaw forward thats all i really really want tbh and idk about my maxilla ill just pray and rely on my height, hair and physique but even tho that doesnt feel enough foids would always go for someone better

My dad was laughing whenever I told him how my face is raped now because of their ignorance. I’d get surgery, but 1) it cost too much 2) there’s risk of numbness for lower jaw and I need to get married soon LMFAOOO plus school starts again
